FES takes every step possible to ensure your satisfaction. Below are our three steps to achieving this goal:
- An estimate is communicated to the customer before we arrive so there are no unwelcome surprises.
- If parts are needed to resolve the issue, FES gives you the cost of the part and installation fee within 24 hours.
- FES installs the part within 24 hours of receiving the part from the factory.
